You may receive the "Invalid File Format" error when trying to import a TOS account statement CSV file.

To resolve the issue, please see the following steps:

1. Check that the field sequence is correct. It should be Exec Time, Spread, Side, Qty, Symbol, Exp, Strike, Type, Price, Net Price, Opra. This is not the default field sequence so please make sure you set this up correctly.

2. The account statement can sometimes be exported from TOS with the first field being 'sub-group'. This column is difficult to see on the TOS platform so you may need to check the field setup itself. If this field exists, remove it before exporting the CSV file.

3. Check that the file only contains equity and/or index options. ONE does not currently recognise futures or futures options.

4. There are several video tutorials available from the Video Library Section located on the online userguide main page, this can be accessed from the Support ribbon within ONE.

Below you will find direct links for the online tutorials which can guide you through the import process within ONE and also the entire setup/export process within TOS.

If you are still unable to import the file, please create a support ticket attaching the CSV file and we'll investigate the problem.
