Knowledgebase: Why don't my ONE Profit and Loss (PnL) figures match TOS?

When ONE is connected to the TOS data feed, if the prices for the opening trade as setup to be the same as TOS, the PnL should be the same (although I believe TOS use theoretical values to calculate their PnL).
If there are differences between the two PnL values, please check that the commission model in ONE is set to 'Exclude', or both ONE and TOS are set to 'Include' with the same commission fees setup for the trade you are analysing.
