Knowledgebase: How do I upload my log files when Support have requested to see them?

To upload your logfiles, click on the 'Support' ribbon (top menu) and then the 'Upload Logs' button. You can add a brief message to Support if required and click 'Upload'. Please let Support know the logfiles are available for them to view.
