 If you are having problems opening the software, first try to uninstall and then re-install the software:

  1. Uninstall the software from your Control Panel->Programs->Uninstall a program.
  2. Reboot your computer.
  3. Download the software installer from downloads page. Save the installer to your desktop or some other location that is easy to remember.
  4. Once downloaded, run the installer from the location you saved it to in step 3 above.

The software should run once the installation is complete and you should first see the white splash screen, then the login window. If you are seeing the login window then your issues are resolved.
