You can capture a screen shot by pressing Ctrl-C in the software or by going to the Support tab and selecting Copy Image, then which part of the screen you wish to capture.

If you want to create a file of the image, select 'Yes' to saving to a file and specify the file location. In any event, the image will now be saved to your Windows clipboard and can be pasted into another Windows application.
