Knowledgebase: Why does my report show trades for December 9999?

If you have created trades and then subsequently deleted them but the comment line(s) still exist then they will show up in the December 9999 category in the Report window.
This is caused because the comment lines do not contain Expiration dates that are used to group trades by month. If you delete these comment lines that do not have any trades associated with them (and therefore delete the entire position) the Report will not show a category for December 9999.
