Knowledgebase: "Invalid Data Request" Error Message

If you receive an "Invalid Data Request" error message, usually when changing symbol but can be at other times aswell:

1. Please check that you are not logged in to ONE multiple times using the same login credentials - this is prohibited under the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA) and may cause account corruption.

2. If you are accessing the internet via a proxy server (generally from inside your work network environment but also some ISP's use proxy servers too), you will need to enter your proxy server settings in the 'Settings...' window when presented with the ONE login screen.
