Knowledgebase: I'm having trouble installing the software on Windows Vista or Windows 7. What can I do?

Windows VISTA and Windows 7 Users:
Step 1: Save the installation file to your hard disk
Step 2: Navigate to the folder with the installation file
Step 3: Right click on the file in Windows Explorer and Choose "Run as administrator"
Step 4: Follow the installation instructions

If you still have problems running OptionNET Explorer:
Step 1: Uninstall OptionNET Explorer
Step 2: Reboot your computer (DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!)
Step 3: Re-install OptionNET Explorer
