I'm getting an error message when trying to upgrade the software: "Error Opening file for writing" or "Can't write..."

Check that the OptionNET Explorer process isn't already running in the Windows Task Manager->Processes tab. If you have a process 'OptionNetExplorer.exe' then end it before attempting to run the installer again.

FIREFOX: There seems to be an issue where the Firefox browser is locking the ONE process after downloading and causing write errors during installation/upgrade. Please make sure you close all programs (including the browser) BEFORE proceeding with the installation as recommended by the installer program itself.
