Knowledgebase: Anti-virus software blocking download or installation

Please add the following exclusions if your anti-virus software is detecting a false positive when running the ONE software: 

 

Avast!

Web Shield:  

*optionnetexplorer.com*

 

File System Shield:

*optionnetexplorer*.*

*csc.exe

*cvtres.exe

Kaspersky

Open Kaspersky and navigate to the following location: Settings->Additional->Threats and Exclusions->Configure exclusion rules.

Add the following in 'File or folder' clicking the 'Add' button after each one:

*csc.exe

*cvtres.exe

*optionnetexplorer*.*
